I think it was meant to "make" some of us that don't always use
finese (sp) lighten up. I think that it may cause some to feel that if
they aren't thanked their opinions aren't important or appreciated.
I feel like I am 5 again and stickers are being given out!!!
Sorry whom ever thought this one up needs to rethink...quick.

I am going to look at it as a reminder of gratitude and how important it is to say thanks. Someone may not know how much we appreciate their input or that we have even paid attention to it.

I think it'd be good - but no counter. I struggle accepting thanks because often when I can help it's flukey, just being in the right place at the right time. I also know I can't offer anything I haven't been given - so many people have helped me.

I private thanks would give me some practice at feeling ok about it but a public counter is horrible.
