Perspective is a wonderful thing.
I drove to a place near work that has a monument to William Wallace (he might have been born there) The sun came out and it came to me that today, my frustrations are not as big as they seemed (infact, most of it might be in my head!).
i could either let them dominate the day or I could not.

So I'm eating garlic and coriander rice with salmon and soy sauce and I'm going to make the rest of the day ok at least.
