Simple Abundance
Simple Abundance
I have a book at home that was given to me a couple of years ago. It's called "Simple Abundance, a Day Book of Comfort & Joy" by Sarah Ban Breathnach.
It is written with one chapter for each day of the year. It is to help a person find their spiritual growth and personal happiness. It is definitely a feel good book.
It took me a couple of years before I was ready to feel good about myself, to do simple things for myself, but on January 1, 2006 I started the book.
For anyone interested, I highly recommend this book for YOU!

I like her webpage too!
It's funny how I picked this book up off and on for about 2 years. It wasn't until this year that I could really grasp the simple concepts of the book. Whenever I picked it up prior to this year, it just seemed so complicated to me but this year it doesn't, so I guess I can finally say I'm recovering!
