Isn't today one of alcoholics' biggest "holidays": Mardi Gras? I think I'll stick to "celebrating" Paczki Day! haha Our local TV stations are from Cleveland (2nd largest city by population of Polish, behind Warsaw) and I saw a show on this last year. I believe eating pastries was part of this!

500 hundred calories, and I was thinking how long I would have to walk on my treadmill to try to work it off, 55 minutes I burned 363 calories, I just cant do it, I will not eat a punchkee, okay you guys can kick me out of here now.
My pro has just made me a pancake - which I ate with Golden Syrup.
Feck it, it's cold here, I use up a lot of energy keeping warm. (God, that sounds like something R would say!!)
*edit* it IS something R would say!!
