im embarrassed to say i have been in a few relationships (even with non a's) where they made me think i was going crazy. but,i have to say that the one with the a,was the worse for that. my ex a actually said to me when it was over in a conversation-"you never said it was the drinking".......i truly thought i had lost MY mind. then i found about three emails definately saying IT WAS the drinking,and numerous conversations on the computer talking about it with him.
now i do believe i AM CRAZY...........for ever doubting my own self!!!!!

Welcome JAHI, So many of us in the same positon. I have 3 sons, (I guess that is obvious*lol*), and my husband is an alcoholic and drug addict. Coming home from rehab tomorrow. This "place" is really helpful, full of kind, supportive people a lot living parallel lives. You'll find a lot of hope here. I had to try a few Alanon meetings before I found ones that worked for me, still looking too, for a "home" group. See you around, I hope.
