Seasons Greetings everyone!!
Seasons Greetings everyone!!
Just popping in to say that I hope that all of you have a wonderful holiday and that you manage to find some serenity among the chaos of life.
I know that 2005 has been a year of great highs and seemingly infinite lows for many people and I hope that we can all enjoy a year of balance in 2006.
One thing that I have learnt this year is just how much choice we have over our own lives, alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike. If I don't like the choices that others make, then I can make my own decisions and allow others the dignity and freedom to make theirs. In 2006, I will cast off any lingering arrogance of thinking that I know what is best for someone else and concentrate on what is best for ME.
Take care.
