ever gotten advice and knew it was good?

i remember one given to me... very simple... pity should last as long as a bowel movement..then quit sitting there.. flush and get on doing the next right thing. kinda strange, and kinda funny all at the same time.

My sister had a poster on her wall that said

I pull that one out a lot.. Although I treat myself better these days I still beat myself up occasionally.
