((Katie)) i am so sorry you had to go through it alone, but as you said, your HP was with you. Please take good care of yourself and don't beat yourself up over it. It was your decision and you are going to be allright. As you heal, I hope you decide to be very aware of how any kind of guilt may affect you about this. I know this, as i have been there. If you can get as much information about how "guilt" in our lives will cause us to do lots of unhealthy things, you will have a heads up about some territory you may be about to enter-especially if you are still involved with your A. Be gentle with yourself, you are going to be OK. you are in my prayers.
