You are doing a great job! Wow she is lucky...I know all about those Mothers who should never have a child!
You don't need a book...........but there are some good ones..........but just use your heart.......... and common sense and you will do fine. This little girl does need structure....children her age really need it. My daughter teaches special ed in a very poor inner city area and the worst thing she see's is , no structure and no caring( school work, teaching the basics of life like bathing, and toooooooooo much TV etc) about what is going on with the kid!
You are for sure going straight to heaven for this deed!
