His anger is gone and he is back to the apologizing.

This I know how to deal with. He really is sorry and I know he regrets doing it. I also know that trusting him again is a long way off and that I AM capable of follow through when he comes home drunk again. I WILL leave and I will do it the right way.

Well, I am going to go to his therapy appointment next week with him and I am going to continue to love him, although the new found trust is totally gone. And I WILL leave with the kids if (when) he comes home drunk again.
