Awww you're all just great, you know that?
It seems that the self-doubt I was suffering from yesterday (why should I go, they'll tell me to get a grip, life isn't that bad, what are you moaning about?, no, she can't be acting so nicely BECAUSE I've taken a step in the right direction) - is still there, but probably for the first time in my life I'm able to step over it.

That's a big thing. I can't imagine what other big things I have in store.

bahookie - i am so glad you are feeling better about it all today (except for the outrageous parking fee!) my counselor is about a 1/2 mile from my home - no parking fee, no extra gas mileage. man - i can't complain!

Yeah, but you know what? Even though I could get myself a sizable amount of chocolate for that £3 (at least enough to make me feel sick!), I think it was worth it.

Even the rush hour city traffic on the way home. All worth it to give me the wee swagger I have in my step today!

busy!! i DID go to my appointment last night. i told her i really didn't feel like talking but of course, after we started, the time went by quickly.

now, on the subject of chocolate........mmmmm - my dentist can attest to my love for that food group! lol
