searching for new tools
 

Sometimes I am just drowning, and the old me surfaces.............I am very thankful I have tools to get me grounded again.....

I think I am going to take a yoga class................I always do things for the kids.........take them here and there.............Well, one day a week it is going to be for me..........I really dont want to exercise much.........I just want to sit there sweat and try to erase my mind from everything...........I guess an escape...

I dont know much about yoga..............I am going to look into it..........anyone know much about it....

I took yoga a couple of years ago - never took it before in my life. It was soooo relaxing. I almost fell asleep (if only I didn't have my leg over my head...lol)

getting your leg over your head is a goal for the last classes right??? Kinda like a reciptal.....

I just dont want to do any wierd bending...........I dont think I could anyway.....without things coming out in places I would rather have them stay in........I would be afraid to light a match in one of those places..........the gas must be awful

The leg thing - they let you go at your own pace. Two years without yoga - I couldn't do it now.

I am still in my thirties........but next June I will be having the 11 anniversary of my 29 birthday

ha - you guys are a scream. i would also like to try yoga out - i have heard so many go things about it. gracey - just make sure you get yourself a supply of "beano" before you go. i think i can still get my leg over my head - i used to be very limber. i am way ahead of you guys - working on the 24th anniversary of my 29th birthday in a couple months!
