No contact means NO CONTACT Don't: J-ustify A-rgue D-efend E-xplain I said my good-byes 3 weeks ago to a particularly aggressive narcissist. My boundaries are still being ignored. I find attempts to contact me in my spam folder, which I promptly delete without reading them. It is a rare thing for someone like this to accept our decision to go "no contact." Some of us have good reasons why we have to stay in contact with a problem character. We have children together, for instance. In this case, there is no reason. No contact means NO CONTACT. |
Good for you! It really is so much healthier to be able to have good boundaries in place, and know they can be respected, even if you have to rely on technology to screen it all out. |

I laughed fully on seeing this, as I well know it & still REQUIRE this message coming at me from God-sent directions!! Thank you. Perfect timing for me to see this. Good luck to you, also. One day at a time. |
