vanilla extract, mouthwash, etc.
Vanilla extract box in a strange place at a store today, empty, brought connections of empty mouthwash bottles among other alcohol empties.
I don't know why I'm posting this. Maybe for my own self-awareness of HOW BAD things got and how frustrating to have family turn against me and snuggle up to firm denial.
It's a beautiful day and I haven't recognized this much. I'm hurting. Recovery isn't linear.
I'm hopeful. Resilient. Okay. Brave.

May I have learned lessons well!! That all now coming to me is healthy for me.
