Been a while. Have a lot of legal stuff going on. If you remember my saga. Ex assaulted me, marriage ended. He feigned recovery and got access to the kids. I've gone back to courts cos he's relapsed and I'm obviously concerned for the kids. no soberlink in Oz. Bizarrely he admitted to drinking but this time he has it under control. I'm just worried the courts won't do anything until he hurts one of them via DUI etc. Anybody else been here?

Have you let someone in authority know that you're worried about your kids while they're with him?
