Super Bowl
Each year I've been enjoying the Super Bowl in new ways.
Today I'm at my cabin, magical snowfall, day of spiritual openness, allowing joy, pain, awareness of the deep healing I've had going on, etc. Walking my own path. Amazing appreciation of this.
As I experience healthy relationships, sometimes weird stuff comes up. A big part of this seems to be feeling/knowing I'm safe enough within these relationships and myself to allow past traumas to be recognized, addressed and released.

On the other hand, we've often got simple needs, or the simple things make us happy - snow, a cup of tea, a walk.

I'm really enjoying Super Bowl game stuff that keeps coming up this week in fun, connected ways.
Super Bowl reminds me a lot of Thanksgiving Day. It's all about a specific event, yet both are about so much more and tend to effect the following days in many good ways. When I'm open to seeing these things, it's lovely.
