I might be out of this CPS case by February 21, 2020. Either my youngest son will be home with me or I'll be exploring my next legal options! He's 12 now. We have phone calls and last weekend I traveled to where he is (in another state, living with his sister & her husband and young children). It was absolutely wonderful to have more time with him.
One day at a time. More will be revealed. Higher Power is working things out in amazing, bold ways.
Five things that are helping me immensely:
1. Allowing space for emotions to flow freely.
2. Time in nature.
3. Creativity.
4. Playfulness.
5. Good life nutrients.
I've learned to cry like I never knew how before, and the ease and kindness of my practice from the past few years are becoming unshakeable. Allowing new perspectives. Trusting the healing process.

I am enjoying watching my youngest participate in various sports, spending time with friends and family, trying to watch a few good movies, and am soon attending a seminar at a conservation center how to make a wreath out of nature's winter items. I found that getting my crafty on is very relaxing for me!
And...this weekend I am going with family and a couple of friends to a winery. This one is big for me b/c I don't have to worry about it. It will be fun, no one will go overboard, it will just be a nice afternoon of lunch and a glass or two of wine.
I still dread the upcoming holidays, but I am trying to make the most of the season!

I'm so contemplating maybe February 21st is my new deadline. How do I attain the most happiness?
1)Keeping the family together.
2) Filing
Today I seen the most gorgeous sunrise.
I declared today, my day.
I spent time with DD.

Feeling good & enjoying the wonderfulness of what life has to offer is the choice I make in creating this day and the foundations for tomorrow.
I've seen and experienced great health in this process. 'Clarity' of what I'm dealing with now feels good, and the solution is in a very good vibration/feeling/focus of enjoyment, delight and authentic appreciation of self, community and good connections.

Hello, hello!! How are you? I am well thank you! I have been so busy at work trying to catch up from being off, and then went and chipped my tooth so I had to leave early yesterday, and today my DD has a dr appt, so off early again. Yeesh....
The upside to that is that I am feeling good. The holidays passed without too much drama, and honestly I am just glad it's over. Onward and upward!!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful day today!
