I learned so much just from reading all of this. You are not alone in your feelings. Chances are it will get worse and that's when it really gets difficult. Hugs to you. I really do know how you feel. If you finally put yourself first, it will feel weird for awhile but it's so necessary. So freeing. You will gain so much confidence.
