Tough night

its all quiet on the front tonite. I’m exhausted and sad. Tomorrow is another day of putting one foot in front of the other and getting thru it. I hate alcohol.

You're not alone..

But it gets better. Once you're off the crazy train you get to breathe again.. Be you again. There are great things coming your way. I still have the odd downer day.. But I've started on my path to fulfill a lifelong dream. That keeps me going.

Who do you want to be next week, next month? How do you get there?

Working on it. I’m a writer and artist. Currently writing a book called “The last drunk at the hotel”. I have a publisher interested....

I'm not going through any thing like you are going through Dazed but I'm having a bit of a downer myself.

Good on you for the book . . . .are you taking notes on your situation for feeding the creative muse???

I have downer moments throughout my entire day. I just have to realize that they are because of my thoughts and that if I am feeling down at the moment, it always goes away eventually. Then when my day is done, I feel good about getting through the tough parts of my day.

Dazed...I have an idea....you could have everyone in the hotel croak because some wiseguy put naltrexone in the water...….
