Bad energy
i can literally feel the bad energy here. I was peaceful, calm, serene and now my heart is pounding, I’m lethargic and frustrated. Bad energy. They don’t called it spirits for nothing. 🥺😳 he’s gotta go and then I’ll burn sage to clear it out. Lol

get out of the house. take the dog for a walk. or a drive. i know it sux when you have to be the one to vacate, but we have to do what we have to do. learning to detach aka "not care" is a massive challenge. but the less bad energy you expel, the better it will be for your own peace of mind.

Hahaha - I used to burn sage while AH was *in* the house....I don't know if it helped the energy, but daughter and I liked the smell and AH hated it, so he'd usually go back to the bedroom or leave altogether.
