I have to go back today. I’m going to minimize interaction with him and be out of the house as much as I can. He is refusing to sign initial papers. If he doesn’t sign and return them in 30 days he gives up all rights and I get a default divorce. Meaning I get everything I ask for. I don’t really want anything except him gone. The countdown begins.
