Setting Boundaries for Others- A Liberating Experience
I work in a job that is giving me excellent experience in setting boundaries and sticking to them. I must confess total enjoyment of this process, after spending most of my life as a spineless, pushover codependent.
I have had to say "No" recently to several people who are not patients of ours, but believe we are obligated to provide free services and products to them.
The boundary transgressors never change. They keep coming back, and I keep saying "No."
