I received this quite a while ago and it came up again last night, into my hands as I went through some meaningful papers I had saved.

I'm doing tidying again. Old stuff. New stuff. Physical surroundings and the energy connections with my emotions, chakras and life. Good stuff.

Amen to all of these rights friend! It's quite easy to question just what we have the rights to do and not to do, and to not do the things we deserve out of fear or anxiety.
