I've been having a fabulous day, and suddenly some "dis-ease" feelings hit as I was digging deep into introspective stuff. I have strong skills in dealing with this now.

Pad thai. Good nutrients and connecting with healthy people.

Allowing all my feelings.

Pausing.

Recognizing I've been through an enormous amount of trauma, stress and dysfunction from my FOO and this disease of alcoholism that creates chaos with everyone around it.


Celebrating my recovery, health and life.

Celebrating this moment, this breath, this hope!

Lots of God-signs, being in the flow, knowing very deeply all is well.

Just for today, I'm going to set aside my feelings of pain and unease.

Just for today, I'm going to allow joy fully, in my heart, my appreciation of coffee, food, exercise and connections with people.

Just for today, my words will reflect positive momentum, healing actions and faith.
