Schredder, just remember to take what helps and leave the rest. This is a forum of many people, not all will agree. It does not matter. You are here to get help for YOU. Anyone or anything that is not helpful just ignore it. Don't engage in it. It's definitely a learned skill that took me a long time, but has brought me lots of peace.
