I know it's hard to think in the moment. But if you are planning to leave - we'll and even if you aren't, take pictures! This one alone could be a win a for you in court.

It's not realistic tho is it to never ever leave her unsupervised ? How can that be kept up week in and week out? OP was in the same house in a different room when this happened. He needs to go. Period.

I can only say that I understand how hard it is. I went from allowing my XAH to drive kids, have them under his care to never, ever, letting him drive them or supervise them by himself. It was hard, it takes a lot of planning, and the courts don't necessarily support it. It takes a true support system, as in, it takes a village to raise children.
