A lot of family court judges will sign whatever the parties agree on. So if you can come up with an agreement outside of court and all parties sign it...usually the judge will sign it unless the agreement seems super crazy.

There's hope in these words. This is scary to me since it's new territory, yet is what we are heading towards.

My husband is in recovery, is showing strong signs of a good early recovery and there are many great unknowns.

I'm taking this one day at a time. Asking God/Universe to guide me.

The lowest level is perhaps a starting point. I'd like sharing an email address with our oldest son, his wife and possibly our other adult kids if they would be interested. We have grandkids, so this could be useful for all.
