Finally!!! Great news!! I hope everything with the sale will go through even with damaged pipes. You sound like you have a glimmer of hope. I hope this new attorney can get this completed.
Please report your old attorney to someone, not sure, but don't let him get away with this.

I'd suggest doing whatever you have to do to not lose this buyer. Even if that includes taking a bit of a 'hit' on your settlement and just be done with this mess. My exwf owes/d(?) me over $40k in back child support that grew through the years,but I didn't care. It was worth it to not have to deal with her craziness for the last 13yrs of my daughter's childhood and my sanity.

Pray and follow has been working for me in many ways... I'm learning to TRUST the problems I have already are solved. I'm simply asking for eyes to see, ears to hear and strength to embrace the illogical so I am OPEN to enjoying the day at hand rather than embracing my fears.
