Yes, that was me... or someone else with a beautiful confidence... letting go of all judgement of self, mind and body at hot yoga... going slowly... breathing deeply... meditating more than following the class... willing to be there, sweating, participating... enjoying the here and now....

Encouraging my brain and body to heal at it's own pace.


And yes, it was me... or someone else... showing up late to Alanon... to be there... to listen... maybe to speak -- or not. Maybe without a shower, maybe with tears, maybe with a lightness of my spirit...

There is no one way to heal... simply show up and see what happens.

Car Dancing (& singing) is one of my favorite ways to get through my challenging commute. I have SO MUCH FUN & it is so much better than what I see most of the other people around me doing - heads down, necks crooked, eyes glued to smart phones.
