Three fun things from yesterday...
1. BREATHED deeply and freely, appreciating LIFE
2. Went for a drive with radio turned up. Sang along to many of my favorite songs
3. Star-gazed under a blanket of sparkling-shining brilliant canvas of the night sky in rural Montana

We celebrated my husband's and father-in-law's birthday on Saturday night. I got a Harry & David chocolate cake for the occasion. It was really good and yummy. I was a little nervous about getting my husband some Mickey Mouse and Star Wars t-shirts (specifically XL). I said these gifts were from our kids, and he liked the t-shirts. We saw the new Star Wars movie last month. And of course we like Disney in our house.

Took the dog on long walks in stupidly-cold, blinding snow and cold this weekend. DS7 and I shoveled Saturday morning and built HUGE snow mountains at the end of the driveway. Saw "Phantom of the Opera" Saturday night - it was AW's birthday present from back in November. Yesterday we went sledding... I'm old! Today - lots of Advil.
