Still Need Support Part 3 (At least)
So, pretty much everything that all of you here warned me about has happened. It is such a long story that I am too tired to tell but I want to let everyone who is struggling with a loved one who is alcohol or drug addicted - SAVE YOURSELF and GET OUT before it is too late.
I am grateful to all of you and hope and pray that you are all doing well. I also hope and pray for the strength to do what I need to do now to deal with the addict who has torn my life apart (which is to charge him with fraud and theft for stealing most of my money. )
When I can, I will post more as it will be cathartic for me.
Take care and be strong and send me some of your strength!

OT,
Maybe this is your rock bottom. Time to make a change for yourself. You have to dig deep but you can accomplish anything that is put in front of you! You have the strength in you, just believe in yourself, we all do!! Hugs (this to shall pass)

I saw psychiatrist today and abused persons therapist that I have been seeing weekly. I have so much regret. I have lost most of my money and even if I am successful in my case of theft/fraud against him it is likely that I won't get my money back.
So start new. Now. What can you do for your future. Don't look back. Don't get caught up in the past. Keep doing the next right thing and just move towards a happy and productive future. Huge hugs. We are here.

Thank you for checking. Rough day but I made it thru work. I got a call from a bank this morning. He had tried to steal what little was left in my account but could not. I spent hours after work in 2 different banks and on the phone and looking into loans.
