(Not a false alarm this time ...lol)
My papers have been filed with the court and he will be served tomorrow. I am scared and emotional but I know this is right. Can't thank you all enough for being a support system...you may be hearing from me quite a bit the next few days as I navigate through the fallout on the other side. Prayers and hugs accepted

Just in case it helps...I accidentally found a phrase when ending a relationship with a really difficult person that helped: “this relationship brings out the worst in both of us.”
For some reason it made it more acceptable to him...maybe because it was less about blame and more about chemistry.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you thousandwords. Hope that the fallout is minimal... or nil. Hope that you get through this easier than anticipated.
