Long time no see - Nata's quick update
 

I missed you guys:)

Nothing major in terms of news - except 15 lbs loss (I don't weigh myself - went for annual checkup turns out I am lighter:)

Emotionally I consider myself completely free of XAH - nothing he does affects me anymore.

He has been doing well with his visitation and spending time with DS.

I woke up one Sunday at the end of April and decided that I may want to go out on a date! Online dating is a mess of it's own - so many folks with obvious issues, but I have talked to many decent ones and have been on two dates already - first was meh, second was better - hope to go to another one:)

Just got glowing performance review at work and my boss has recommended me for promotion!

*Gulp* That is amazing! A fun sneak-preview into what life could be like for those still struggling. Dating is so exciting! Be cautious and be choosey. I tend to see red flags immediately, but my heart doesn't always. It's so easy to repeat unhealthy relationships (it's occurred to me I have a history even before Abf!)

You truly deserve the very best now after moving on. You get to choose the partner that you finally deserve - go get 'em! Keep us posted on your dates!
