Hi,
Still no word from the court on if they are going to deny my AH motion regarding the division of our home. I know I'm in the home stretch of at least knowing what financially the court feels I'm entitled too!
First hurdle! Then next will be getting my AH to follow through in a timely manner!!!
If my AH hadn't contested the division of our home, my divorce would have been final on May 15th
A good sign, that maybe the court wants to finish this up. My lawyer send me a copy of the form, which was the certificate of divorce, that the court requested he fill out on May 8th.
All is good! Taking one day at a time, not quite ready to take giant steps, but am taking baby steps in the forward direction!!!
And the sun is shining today!!

I am still waiting as well-XAH saying his expenses are too high for him to pay me any alimony. He makes 2.5 times what I make. Next date is June 21- just to line up a court date. Hang in there, Z! I am hanging with you!
