I'm with everyone else and hope you find a wonderful new place to live with room to build a garden of paradise with lots of serenity for you, your sons and cats. .....and even tho this sick person has given you so much trouble, keep him in your prayers praying for everything you'd want for yourself. Someone told me to do this for my past neighbors when I first got into recovery and followed thru with it. I'm not sure where it is written or who said it or maybe its in the bible, where ever it came from, when someone told me to do that, I began to loose that hatred, resentment and all those ugly feeling towards them that was keeping me sick within my own self and felt freer. Like a huge burden was lightened off my shoulders as well as my heart. There is a good reason to do this and if someone has heard of this prayer and would like to share it with us, I know we'd all appreciate it. :) Good luck Lady and keep us posted and please be safe in all you do. :) |
What a jerk! I hope you are looking forward to a peaceful, quiet life in a new home. |
Your home should be your sanctuary. As you know, when there are alcoholics in the mix ( or near by) there is nothing serene about your living space. I have confidence you will be much more happy, comfortable and relaxed in your new home. Here's to fresh, new beginnings! |
