Pita,
I feel very similar and there are many times that I am so angry inside, yet being angry does no good at all. I've read and reread these posts here in SB and these kind and generous people are so accurate in all they say. We need to find support and take care of our selves.

You both have every right to be angry, you've been through so much.
Ultimately, our qualifiers can't take care of their own needs - that's why they drank. There is no possible way they can take care of ours while they are trying to re-learn to take care of their own.
This is exactly right. It's time to be good to YOU. Get back into hobbies, friends and family you love. Fund lots and lots of support. Eat, sleep, exercise, and building spirit/spirituality are cornerstones to our health....and are the things we neglect! Have FUN! <3
