Great meeting tonight
 

I went to a new meeting tonight. I really enjoyed it and look forward to next week.

I dug thru the house and dusted off my book The Dilemma of the Alcoholic Marriage. Can't find my Codependent No More but I know it is around here somewhere BUT I bought How Alanon Works and I am really excited about that one.

So off I go to read, I am so tired I hope I can get in at least 20 minutes!

Good for you getting back in the swing of things and bringing out your old reading material! You are stronger and healthier than you think just by taking that first step. Good job and keep at it

How AL-Anon works is a good one. I also like Al-Anon: 12 steps and 12 traditions.
