Thank you for all your supportive comments. I will check into those calming/stress links. I didn't sleep well last night and just finished a 12 hour shift. Since I'm reasonably new here, I just don't want to be posting things that aren't relevant topic.

Your feelings sound a lot like mine did before I left four months ago. Read Joanna V Hunters book Maybe He'll Change. It really helped me. This is your husband who is supposed to love you, care for you, and support you, not put you down or make you feel bad about yourself. When I finally realized this it was easier to make the decision to leave. Not easy, just easier.

No worries, hearthealth. Your feelings _are_ a relevant topic. Your child missing is very much relevant. SR is here to be a resource and a support for you.

... and if you should post something so terribly off-topic that it distracts us from our purpose the worse that would happen is I would ask you if I could move the terribly off-topic thread to our "cafe" forum

So please post whatever you need to, any time you need to.
