Book mentioned here?
A few years ago (I feel like it was 2013 but may be wrong), someone here mentioned a book that I thought sounded fantastic--how to essentially get yourself figured out BEFORE you think you're ready to be in a relationship.
At the time I thought- that would be an incredible gift to kids as they enter adulthood, because we should be reading this and dealing with our childhood baggage before the drama starts.
At the time I was also overwhelmed with my own drama, and I lost track of the book's name.
If anyone remembers, please share it!! I want to read it and potentially pass this wisdom on to my kids.

It sounds very, very faintly famililiar..... do you remember anything about it at all? Was it in one of the Book Threads?

I've got a few flagged that might be it--or not... and I'll post a follow-up if I find gold in these.
I just told my teen boys that we're embarking on a dinner series of emotional independence lessons...lol...they said they might stop coming home for dinner.
