Feeling agitated/restless

Or something. I don't know what's going on or what or why I'm feeling this way.......I've been feeling so good recently so don't understand the shift

It's ok to have a bad or "off" day Butterfly. It might be something that simple! ((((Hugs))))

I get like that too - just crazy restless energy. Exercise helps me burn it off sometimes.

I am so used to feeling anxious and agitated that when I take a reprieve and feel "normal" for a while, I start to think "hey, shouldn't I be agitated?" It's a crazy cycle when living with so much unrest in one's life.

I agree Butterfly. We all have an off anxious day once in a while. It's ok.

Hugs to you.

Agree with the Fire twins above, and SK. Everybody has an "off" day. Even when things are going GREAT, there are some days that sort of suck. For no particular reason.

I've always had a theory that sometimes when we wake up feeling "off" it could be that there was a disturbing dream or something the night before that we no longer recall.

I wouldn't attach too much significance to it.

I have felt that way many times! Unfortunately for me, it doesn't last only a day.

I get bored, restless and agitated and almost want to create drama (ex. Text or call my ex) because of it. I recognize it for what it is and sit on my hands until it passes. It will pass.

But I agree, exercise helps it pass faster!!

Haha - yeah that. I was in a funk one day and an X said - do you have PMS?

That didn't go over well with me.

2 days later I realized...yes...I did in fact have PMS lol.

firebolt.....I am big fan of "Everybody Loves Raymond"......the absolutely funniest episode I ever saw was the one where Ray was trying to buy medication for his wife's PMS.....lol....
(2nd favorite was the one where his brothers new girlfriend turned out to be a fly eater).......

Oh, let's not even go down the PMS road.... My AW says hers pretty much lasts 2.5 weeks/month. The other 1.5 weeks I guess she's just bitchy for no good reason!

Back to the original post though - even before my involvement with an A, I had bad days, even when things were going well. Probably by this morning you are back to okey-dokey!!

Thanks guys. It just seems that when I'm doing good I then have a dip, I've started to feel guilty about things I did as a child. It's almost as though my brain says hey your happy can't have that here's something to worry/feel guilty about.

Yes certainly that time lol, divorce issues as it's just not moving fast enough and I'm getting frustrated!!
