The only hotline I know of that is discussed on here is the National Domestic Violence Hotline. Is that what you need? I don't know of any hotline for general legal questions.

smig10....I don't know what issue you want to ask about.....but, there is a good website that is educational in nature about most every issue in divorce. It is organized by each state...and gives info. about resource materials, also......
It is not meant to replace your l awyer, of course, but it gives a lot of information in understandable terms......
