Why are boundaries so important, you ask?

Thanks for sharing- I love her, AND, I just had a rough week with a friend pushing boundaries I didn't think I even needed to state...found myself very uncomfortable, and created space. Then felt bad because he's going through a tough time and was really really low...so I leaned back in out of "compassion and empathy" and he trounced my boundaries again. Perfect video to remind me it's not my problem if I need space while he's going through such a tough time. My boundaries are mine!
