Thanks for the advice. I blocked her and her family as of two days ago on FB and trimmed down my friends list. Had a couple of mutual friends that didn't need to be there. I actually found her and this news with a Google search even though I had her blocked. I unblocked her temporarily once I told my parents. Deleting my FB account won't stop me if I'm determined enough. I just have to call someone when I'm feeling distressed rather than waiting until I've already decided to look her up.
