caring friend

hey guys i'm proud to say my kids dad has been sober from drugs for close to a year now and has decided he has an alcohol problem as well which he is starting recovery for i was just wondering about the alanon thing so i could better support him i love coming here but i also have to go to alanon meetings so i can visit him at his inpaitent treatment center when he goes.
any and all advice is welcome.

You can find Alanon meetings in your local phone book and I'll bet the treatment center he is going to offers family meetings also.
