This really touched me today....as for many of us it's very confusing to have loved and also left an alcoholic or abuser or whatever. Thought it may help somebody tonight-it definitely helped me :)

I have definitely been weeping. I think I'm fine, and then it just happens.

Danri-it happened to me for a long time....sometimes still does. Not a frequently but it does. It's ok. It's a good sign and part of grief. You're going to be ok. Hugs, friend.
