Tell him you'd like him to see a doctor because you know he is bathing but he has this smell coming off of him that he must be unaware of, and that something like that can be a symptom of a serious physical problem. It could be something unrelated to the drinking, but regardless of what it is, it's something that should be looked into.

If he drinks daily, doesn't contribute financially,
won't listen and turns everything into an argument
and smells like rotting meat and won't deal with it,
I'd say you will have a tough time continuing on for long
in the situation as it is.
You've said what you can't do, and that's your choice,
but have you done any thinking about what small steps
you might take to change your situation?
