helpful mantras?

Does anyone have a mantra that helps you to feel strong regardless of what you're facing?

Last week going into mediation with my soon to be XAH I needed something to repeat to myself but the three mantras I use ("I love and I am loved," "I'm done with the crazies," and "The sun will come up tomorrow," from Annie) weren't really what I was looking for.

Got a good strong one to share?

"Be gone. You have no power over me."

I think it's from The Wizard of Oz

Those are both good, I really like sugarbears!

If you are worried about how you are coming across or being perceived, this one helps me a lot: "what other people think of me is none of my business."

Personally, I like affirmations that place the focus on me and my strengths, as opposed to acknowledging the effects of the other person, or situation. I would worry that merely mentioning their "power" would subliminally plant it in my brain. (I'm very suggestive that way.)

I would say things like:

I am calm, I am strong, I am right.
I am clear in my intentions.
Others can see that I am right.
This is going to be a good day.

I really agree with this--affirm what you want, not what you don't
want always

I like

I will act in alignment with my Highest Good

Sometimes my "big self" knows what a long-term choice means
better than "little me"
Good luck in mediation!

Some days I question if I did the right thing divorcing my A after 34 years together. I read this on the A forum and confirms that I did the right thing. It might not be what your looking for, but helps me stay the path.

"Its my opinion, that tossing me to the road was the best move she ever made for herself."

Hugs my friend!!

Sunsets are not endings.
If I have enough faith, they are beginnings.
