My son called me tonight
For anyone here who has followed my story, I think you know that I did cut my children out of my life. I was tired of being accused of things that I didn't do, like calling DYFS (CPS) on my daughter, trying to have her kids taken away from her, and blah, blah, blah, or that the reason I had a black eye was because I threw myself down a flight of steps so that I could have their father arrested. etc......

my son called me tonight to wish me a Merry Christmas. He told me that he knew it wasn't xmas, but that we always celebrated xmas eve.
Had a really nice 1/2 hour with him and his wife.
To all, a very merry Christmas, thank you for allowing me to be part of this family.

Nice! I had a long texting session with my older guppy, thanks to the Messages app on my Mac, which allows me to type quickly on a full keyboard rather than the glacial speed of my one-fingered texting on a phone.
I'm calling everyone tomorrow morning at their dad's (who was nice enough to let me know their plans for tomorrow morning so I can call while everyone's there).

Glad you got to talk to your guppy tonight also.
I'm still in shock. Don't expect any kind of sense out of me tonight !!!! I cut my kids off, then I get the first Christmas phone call that I ever got from any of them.
I actually put my radio on then, to listen to Christmas music.
Christmas is good.............................................

Merry Christmas to everyone here. I would have lost my sanity without all of you. I love you all, you are all so special to me, you helped me get through so many things.
I know I heard so many times, that things do get better, I now believe it. Thanks to everyone here.
