Merry Christmas Eve to y'all!
I wish everyone a peaceful and safe Christmas- whether you are with your A or not. My prayer is always for peace for us. Let God give us the means to find peace within ourselves, no matter what storm we are in. Merry Christmas a day early-going to take a few days off of SR

Yup, Merry Christmas to all from here, too.
It's a balmy 66 degrees here with light rain. I wish it weren't raining, but I hate the cold, so I'll take it!
I have from today till after January off, though I'll be working on a big project for work. It will be nice to concentrate without all the interruptions of a regular workday. Also got a lunch date with old colleagues, a couple of medical tests I've been putting off, and a dental appointment.

It was weird actually working for the first time in 16 years and having to work today, though. I only have 3 days off and plan to have some real peace this year!
Already exchanged gifts with my bf tonight and had a lovely candlelight dinner and some quiet time together before we both headed out to pick up our kids at our exes.
So grateful to you all here! Here's to a happier New Year!

I don't post as often as I'd like to, but everyone here has always been wonderful to me.
My Christmas Eve was surprisingly BAD, but I'll be damned if I will let it ruin my holiday spirit. I will not.
Everyone is sleeping, I've had a little cry and knew I had to come here to read. Coming here often gives me peace enough to go to sleep when things get all drama filled. Thanks to all for being here and glad you enjoyed your evening Amy!
