Just happened to pick up my copy of Yes! Magazine and read an article by Gabor Mate in which he describes psychological patterns that lead to disease.. many of these traits are familiar to me (uber sense of responsibility and fear of letting people down), and I thought maybe others might find the article interesting. Prescription for repressed anger: "Take one aspirin and tell other people to F off." (my quote, not Mate's :-)
